Jennifer Mador and Nicole Chiulli are the creative duo behind Honeydrop Productions, bringing together over 40 years of combined industry experience and a shared passion for smart, feel-good storytelling. With more than 13 years of producing together, they’ve built a dynamic partnership rooted in creativity and a deep understanding of what it takes to bring great content to life.

Executive Producer

Jennifer Mador

An Emmy-nominated Executive Producer (2024 & 2025), Jennifer Mador is a creative leader and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in content development, producing, and project management across multiple platforms. Her resume includes co-founding a creative marketing company that was profitable for more than 17 years, building it from the ground up with a focus on smart strategy, bold decision-making, and staying ahead in an ever-evolving industry, and most recently, co-launching her newest venture, Honeydrop Productions alongside Nicole.

Jennifer has led multi-million dollar projects, overseen large teams both in-office and remote, managed client relationships, and guided projects from pitch to post. She’s also developed and sold original show concepts—one of which earned back-to-back Emmy nods.

Known for her creativity, forward thinking, and positive leadership style, Jennifer brings energy, dedication, and flexibility to every project she takes on.

Nicole Chiulli

With over 16 years of experience in the industry, Nicole Chiulli is a highly accomplished executive producer, showrunner, and post supervisor known for her creative vision, strategic leadership, and meticulous attention to detail. She has developed, written, and produced projects across a wide range of formats - from full-length series to short form branded content - and is credited on more than 200 longform episodes for top-tier networks and clients.

Nicole’s work has earned Emmy nominations in 2024 and 2025 for Outstanding Lifestyle Program, a testament to her ability to create content that is both emotionally resonant and visually dynamic. Her strength lies in leading projects through every stage - from concept development and pre-production planning to on-set direction and post-production supervision, bringing a rare combination of creative vision and hands-on execution, that ensures every project not only reaches the finish line - but does so stronger than imagined.

As the co-founder of Honeydrop Productions, Nicole brings bold creativity, optimism, and a “let’s-make-it-happen” attitude to every project - combining fresh ideas with a flexible, solutions-focused mindset and a collaborative spirit that makes the process as enjoyable as it is effective.
